Refund and service policy

Digital products

Request a refund within 30 days of purchase if your access or files do not work, or if the product is materially different from its description. Email team@creatorops.madethis.app with your order number and a short description of the issue so we can help.

Booked services

The Growth Systems Teardown is a booked 60-minute service. You may cancel or reschedule before your appointment. Please contact team@creatorops.madethis.app as soon as possible and include your order number.

Refund timing

When a refund is approved, we issue it to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the credit.
