Yes. It is a booked 60-minute review, not a download. After payment, CreatorOps sends instructions to choose a time. You can cancel or reschedule before the appointment by emailing team@creatorops.madethis.app with your order number.

Yes. Checkout is handled securely through MadeThis. CreatorOps does not ask you to send payment details by email or direct message.
Email team@creatorops.madethis.app and include your order number. Digital-product refunds may be requested within 30 days when access or files fail, or when a product is materially different from its description. Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days, although your bank may take longer to show the credit.
